To summarise the campaign, this year we plan to do a big city-wide push on our local lottery where we're updating the copy and tagline to focus more on care and the concept of "strength in numbers". As part of this, we're hosting an event in April where we will have a photo booth in a city centre location which will gather a montage of images which create a larger image and we would like this event to be the focus of the video. We're looking for a professional video company to capture people in Sheffield coming together and allowing their photos to make up this larger image relating to our care. The event is for 4 hours, (times and dates TBC) but I imagine we will need a full day of filming to gather care-related shots of nurses etc. aswell.
The goal is for this video to be used as a promotional tool but there is internal interest in whether we can use this video as part of localised TV Advertising so if you have any experience with this it would be good to chat through this as well. We are in the early stages of planning so I am hoping we can have a chat about whether you're available and then if you could provide rough pricing information to understand whether this is feasible for our budget.
